“Master Practitioner” of Natural Health Sciences –Diploma Program

NHP (Advanced) 76 units plus 576 hours( 24 units)
Diploma Program – The InternationalAcademy of Natural Health Sciences is not a degree granting institution and grants diplomas to practitioners for varying levels of knowledge and skill development in their area of chosen health specialty.
This 2400 hour/100 unit diploma program of study further enhances elected areas of specialization and includes a high level of theory application. In effect, just as a skilled tradesperson become a ‘master craftsman’, the graduate achieves his/her recognition as a “master practitioner”.
Pay as you go tuition plan” – tuition fees are paid at the time you take a subject and you can also take advantage of “Early Bird” discounts for early registration. Ask how - and learn about the potential savings!
Part-time Studies: Streamline your training - Some Units available through home study.
Evening/Weekend studies. Daytime option for several subjects can help accelerate the completion of your program.
Note: A student may enroll in this diploma program once he/she has completed a minimum of 70 units of study. While it may be a student’s personal mid-term goal, she/he needs to have established a commitment and sharp focus to their area of health specialty.
This program does not require approval under the Private Career Colleges Act, 2005

Professional Development
Research/technical paper – subject selected is to be in area of specialty, pre- approved –follows established guidelines for preparation – between 10 to 15 pages
Clinical Case Studies (student identifies and studies the progress of 24 clients, through the process of initial assessment, treatment plan, observation of results, changes to treatment plan and outcome. (6 clients per unit –observation period for a client must exceed 6 weeks with a target average of 10 weeks)
Skill /Leadership Development
Tutoring or mentoring students/supervision of public clinics
Facilitating Instruction (Interchangeable with Tutoring) –participant must facilitate a minimum of 12 (2 hour) classes, under observation.
Lesson plan to be developed and subsequently reviewed by observer
Community/Academy Events/Open House
Clinical Application (clients may be included in clinical case studies)
