Massage Therapy Program Overview

Subjects are generally divided into 24 hour modules/units, which initially establish a foundation of knowledge or skill and then, build on to one another in a logically flowing sequence.

The '204' Clinical Practicum:

Supervised Practice with the Public

This important part of the massage therapy program is designed to involve the student in 'hands-on' participation from its commencement. The student is introduced to a wide spectrum of practical activity, in order to build the depth of experience to enter into the field of massage as a professional therapist.

In addition to the hundreds of on-site practical hours of team practice, there are RMT supervised sessions including:

a minimum of 60 hours on-site clinicals and up to 80 available
120 hours of supervised off-site activities
24 hours of co-operative study/practice
